VLIFT does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Notifications

VLIFT may send local notifications to your device for rest timer alerts. These notifications are generated entirely on-device and no notification content is transmitted to any server.

Children's Privacy

VLIFT does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
